Located in the Central Eastside Industrial District, this working winery and taproom is tucked inside a vintage auto body shop that’s been beautifully converted into one of the city’s most unique urban event spaces. It also happens to be one of my favorite Portland venues to photograph—there’s just something about the light, the textures, and the energy of the space that always delivers.

Abbey and Josh chose Cooper’s Hall for its down-to-earth vibe, its reputation for good wine, and its convenient location near some of downtown Portland’s most iconic architecture. They got ready just a few minutes away at the Woodlark Hotel—a favorite for its stylish rooms and clean, natural light (perfect for getting-ready photos). Their wedding was a perfect example of how this venue can feel effortlessly elevated while still keeping things relaxed and fun.

What makes Cooper’s Hall stand out isn’t just the wine barrels or the cozy glow of café lights—it’s the sense of ease and flexibility it brings to the entire day. The space is stylish without being sterile, refined without being rigid.
